Part interactive seminar, part performance, Shakespeare Seminars are designed for students in Years 11 and 12 who require rich, critical analysis of Shakespeare’s plays to prepare for senior exams.

Over two hours, two Bell Shakespeare teaching artists combine critical analysis with active explorations of key excerpts from Shakespeare’s plays.

Each session will cover language analysis, literary techniques, multiple readings, thematic discussion, character analysis and personal response. The seminar was excellent, very informative. It offered a fresh look and a different voice talking about the text. Students gained a lot from it and it helped to solidify their thinking.
