Sharing Shakespeare Subsidies
“The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But in ourselves, that we are underlings.”
Since 1990 we have been dedicated to making Shakespeare and the classics accessible and relevant to Australians everywhere, regardless of their age, income or location.
We travel to regional and remote areas, staging productions in town halls, school gymnasiums, community centres or fully operational theatres – wherever we’re wanted and needed – and deliver interactive drama-based activities and performances to communities.
Sharing Shakespeare provides subsidies to schools challenged by financial, socioeconomic and geographic barriers, for a range of our in-school programs.
For more information please contact Debra Reinecke, Head of Development, on 02 8298 9082.
