Twelfth Night cultural package competition terms and conditions

  • Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The promoter is Bell Shakespeare.
  • This is a game of chance. In the case of game of chance, winners are based on random selection.
  • When there is a game of chance, Bell Shakespeare operates in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act.
  • The prize consists of one 'cultural Canberra holiday package', which includes
    • An overnight stay at Ovolo Nishi, in Original Sun room including ‘The Perks’, valued at $659
    • A double pass to see Bell Shakespeare's Twelfth Night at Canberra Theatre Centre valued at $220
    • A double pass for the National Portrait Gallery's latest exhibition Archie 100: A Century of the Archibald Prize valued at $40
  • The total value of the prize is valued at $919 AUD
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18+. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
  • Promotion commences at 9:00am, 9 October 2023 AEST and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 13 October 2023 AEST. The winner will be selected on Monday 9 October.
  • Only the winner will be notified by email and must respond within 24 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
  • To enter the competition, participants must enter their details via the promotion link [ https://pages.wordfly.com/bellshakespeare/pages/TWLF-Ovolo-x-NPG-giveaway/?sid=##subscriberMailingId## ]. As part of the competition, participants will be subscribed to Bell Shakespeare communications.
  • One entry per person.
  • Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from the production and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
  • To redeem, the winner must respond to communications from Bell Shakespeare within 72 hours or the prize may be re-allocated.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • All entries in the competition become the property of the Bell Shakespeare. We collect personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on the provision of the personal information requested.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
