2025 Giving Day
17 June 2025
Welcoming PYT Fairfield, Milk Crate Theatre, Midnight Feast, and Western Edge to the theatre.
As part of Bell Shakespeare's community outreach program, Hearts In A Row, more than 80 participants were welcomed behind the scenes of Henry 5 and rehearsals for Coriolanus. PYT Fairfield, Milk Crate Theatre, Midnight Feast, and Western Edge took part in workshops, Q&A discussion with the cast, and gained insight into the production process.
Hearts In A Row has been vital in creating meaningful connections with communities who often feel excluded from the world of theatre, where Shakespeare's stories and language can feel within reach. Since the programs inception, the program has helped welcome over 500 schools and community groups, and over 8,200 individuals to the theatre.
Hearts In A Row is only possible through the generosity of our donor family. If you would like to make a gift to help make Shakespeare accessible to everyone, everywhere, or would like more information about Hearts in a Row, please contact Felipe Cely, Development and Events Manager, via email or on (02) 8298 9000.
