Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, on 26 May Bell Shakespeare raised more than $760,000 to support our education and community outreach programs.
For one day only, from 8am-8pm, every donation made to Bell Shakespeare was matched by our generous lead donors, doubling the impact of each contribution. This marks our third year running the Giving Day campaign, compounding the reach of sharing Shakespeare across Australia, made possible by our supporters.
It was a delight to be joined by volunteer supporters and artists, who personally called and connected with members of our community. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the support we received and wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated.
