Launched in 2006 Hearts In A Row represents a unique opportunity to help educate, entertain and inspire our young and our not so young, and give them the chance to experience the magic and wonder of live theatre.
For those who may be socially or geographically disadvantaged, Shakespeare and the theatre can provide life-changing inspiration. A chance to see the beauty and possibilities that might otherwise elude them.
Through Hearts In A Row, your donation supports Bell Shakespeare's Learning programmes. It also provides a unique opportunity for a group from the school or charity of your choice to see a Bell Shakespeare production.
Groups that benefit from Hearts In A Row encompass a great variety of charities and schools. Five school groups came to the Sydney Opera House and saw our family show Just Macbeth! and over fifteen other groups will be enjoying visits to Twelfth Night later in the year.
The feedback from participating groups over the last four years has been overwhelming, whilst donors to Hearts In A Row have been delighted to facilitate this experience and share their love of the theatre.
There are now only 6 more rows available in 2010. Please help fill them with hearts.
