How we make an impact

Shakespeare and his great works are a means by which we can explore our common aspirations and concerns.

We ensure schools and community groups can access our mainstage theatre productions, giving many people opportunities they might not otherwise have.

We travel to regional and remote areas, staging productions in school halls, community centres and theatres – wherever we’re wanted and needed – and deliver interactive drama-based activities and performances that instil in our young people a love of language and an appreciation for the complexities of humanity.

Support from individual donors and partners enables us to share our programs with communities we might not otherwise reach, from empowering young women in Western Sydney to inspiring passion for studies among marginalised students in remote schools with below average literacy levels. Wherever we go, we unpack Shakespeare’s plays, demystify the language, and make them accessible and fun.
